1 small watermelon
Juice from 4 limes
1 small red onion
¼ cup olives
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup grated feta cheese
Chopped mint and parsley
Black pepper

What You’ll Do
Slice watermelon into 1-inch triangular chunks.
Peel and halve red onion, cutting it into fine half-moons
In a small bowl, steep sliced onion in lime juice.
Add watermelons, oil, olives, feta cheese, and chopped mint and parsley.
